A deep cleaning includes things that are not included in a regular cleaning, like hand washing baseboards. The deep cleaning enables us to get your house really clean so we can maintain it with regular cleanings.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a deep cleaning. If you cancel or reschedule under 48 hours we charge $60. This charge enables us to pay the cleaning technician who lost work for the day.
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. If you want to tip your cleaner you can give them cash or call us and we'll be happy to add it to your cleaning charge. Most people tip between 10% and 20% but any amount will be appreciated.
